Marianne has always loved writing from an early age. In seventh grade, she was determined to become a novelist. That, along with acting, is her passion. She earned her associate’s degree in Theatre Arts, along with two costuming certificates, from Red Rocks Community College. She later earned her bachelor’s degree in English (Writing) with a minor in Theatre from Metropolitan State University of Denver. Currently, she lives in Denver and is pursuing her dreams of acting and writing while working for Papercheck. She has starred in a number of local short and feature films and is looking to produce her own short film, entitled Porcelain Girl. Her short play Save a Penny for the Ferryman was published in the literary journal Metrosphere and has been produced at her former college, RRCC. She’s written a children’s story that she hopes to have published and is also working on her first novel. Her favorite genres include fantasy and suspense.
